RETURNS / REFUNDS
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer law, and receive a full refund provided the item is returned in its original condition (return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty)

As these are original, one-of-a-kind artworks, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days with photos of the damage. Since each piece is unique, a replacement isn't possible — I'll instead offer a repair where feasible, or a full refund including return postage
